Healthy Eating
Mealtimes should be social, happy times where the food is good and healthy. For a Healthy development I provide good home cooked food and fresh fruit on a daily basis.

The Children in my care will have fresh water, milk and juice available to them at all times. I would appreciate if parents don’t bring fizzy drinks or sweets, as I would prefer not to encourage these.

Example menu:

Breakfast: porridge with banana
Snack: fruit/biscuit
Lunch: Tuna & Corn pasta with a homemade tomato sauce
Snack: cheese slices and dip/grapes

All hot dinners will need to be provided by the parents.
