Fees
|
My fees include Breakfast, snacks, drinks. For babies
under 1, the parent’s will need to provide formula and food if weaning. Visits
to zoos, wildlife parks, music groups etc will be charged as an extra. Notice
will be give for these events and if you do not wish your child to attend, they
can be arranged another day when your child is not at the setting.
Fees are to be paid in advance and generally monthly, however, other periods of time can be agreed. I will accept,
cash, Childcare vouchers, standing order and I will accept a cheque, but I need to receive it one week before
payment is due.
Please note: If arrears of fees occur, I reserve the right to withdraw the child’s place until fees are paid up to date.
I may review the prices on an annual basis. (This will be April each year). My current prices are as follows :
Standard fee: £3.50 (minimum charge of 1 hour per session)
Bank Holiday: £6.00 (no charge if not required)
Childminder illness: No fee
Child illness: Full fee
Childminder holiday: No fee
Child holiday: full fee
Term time only – A charge of 50% of normal contract hours during the half term holidays to retain a space.
A minimum of one months notice is to be given in writing for any changes or termination of contract hours.
I intend to take 3 weeks holiday in any one year for which I will give a minimum of 1 months notice.
