Rountine & Daily Structure
I have a general routine set out below:
07:00 - 08:00 Breakfast
08:30 - 09:15 School Drop Offs/Visit swings/Outing
09:15 - 10:00 Free play/outing
10:00 Snack Time
10:30 - 11:30 Activity (painting/drawing/sand, water, messy play/cooking/dress up/song time/gardening/play dough)
11:30 - 12:00 Tidy up time/prepare for lunch
12:00 - 14:00 Lunch, nap times and quiet play such as stories/books/puzzles
14:00 - 14:45 Free play
14:45 - 15:30 Snacks/School pick up/visit swings/Outing
15:30 - 16:30 Crafts/Homework/Activity
17:30 - 18:00 Tidy up time/film/tv
18:00 Home time
Please note that this may very pending how the routine is set for children in their parent’s own home.
